I need help finding places that recycle used Laptops, where?

If you know of any internet sites that are trustworthy that BUY your laptop back from you. I would like to sell mine since I would like to get a newer, better one for school.

I am trying to be as green as possible without going overboard, so recycling sites or sites that would re-sell it would be great.

I would like places that BUY them, not just take them. And if you have used a site, please explain how it worked.

Im not sure if they still do but Radio Shack bought used items. They give store credit for it. Or try http://www.buymytronics.com

Don’t expect to get much for a used computer. They are just not worth much, even to recyclers.

and toshiba new tablet

toshiba portege m400 tablet get

I`ll take it

This is usually done locally and you did not say where you live. Why not type in Recycling laptops ______” (where the blank represents the nearest big city to you) into Google or Yahoo SEARCH and find a facility near where you live?

Here is one website… They will also give you a prepaid label to use, so you don’t have to pay to ship it…

http://www.recycleforbreastcancer.org/laptops.htm

Or here… But you have to pay to ship the laptops to them.

You also have to pay to ship to this one too.

Or bring them to Best Buy. They will take them. You will have to pay $ 10 for each one, but then they will give you $ 10 gift cards back, so essentially it is free, then you will just have Best Buy gift cards to use.
