right what i would say is next time don't have proper sex as your vagina's skin need to tear and stretch next time have 'bondage' (or willing rape) basically let him tie you to the bed so your hands and feet can't move then he needs to pull your vagina apart, so it bleeds slightly, hit it (vary hard), you will enjoy this pain, he needs to bite your vagina and nipples (gently but so it hurts) and then you should be done.
